Olivia Rae James began taking photos as a college student in Charleston, starry-eyed in her new city and inspired by life around her. Eager to share her new surroundings and rituals with family back home in Nashville, she fell in love with photography as a way of processing time and archiving moments.

Best known for her warm and timeless photos, Olivia has been recognized by Harper’s Bazaar and Brides Magazine as a top wedding photographer in the world, and her work has been published in Vogue and Travel + Leisure, among others. She lives in Charleston with her husband and daughter.
